Franchi Food Academy is the meeting of two great passions, hunting and cooking, and the desire to create something innovative, capable of involving lovers of healthy and quality food. This project was born in 2015 from the concept of hunting beyond shooting, to spread the flavors of hunting culture into everyone’s homes, hunters and non-hunters alike.
The main protagonist of every Franchi Food Academy initiative is game meat, the traditional raw material par excellence, prepared in a simple and appealing way and offered in many tasty recipes by international chefs and enthusiasts.

Enhancing game meat, conveying its quality, safety, control, and transparency through a series of initiatives and the creation of a network of Franchi Food Academy chefs. Improving, increasing, and raising awareness of the perception of hunting practices, spreading the importance of this activity for the protection of the territory. Promoting the sustainability of game meat and food and wine tourism, enhancing new styles of ethical hunting.

We collect game recipes from chefs and enthusiasts from all over the world, to spread a new taste education. We organize dinners, aperitifs, cooking classes, cooking shows, and other events, to promote a concept of cuisine linked to the consumption of game meat, making new flavors discoverable to the palate and enhancing the territories linked to it.
