Ingredients

N 12 thin slices of chamois meat
G 200 Champignon mushrooms
G 150 strawberries
½ teaspoon baking soda
Salt and black pepper to taste
Marjoram to taste
Lemon drops to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Broth to taste

Preparation

  • Sear the meat slices into the hot broth just for few seconds, using a pair of cooking pliers.
  • Cut the meat into little strips.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into very thin slices.
  • Wash the strawberries adding baking soda and cut them into very thin slices.
  • In a bowl, combine mushrooms, strawberries and chamois strips. Add few drops of lemon, marjoram, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
