Ingredients

G 600 mallard breast
G 600 mesclun
G 200 carrots
G 200 field mushrooms
G 150 greek yogurt
G 50 Dione mustard
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Cut the breasts into small cubes keeping the skin.  Sauté them in a non-stick pan for 2′.
  • Season the yogurt with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Wash the mesclun and dry it well.
  • Clean the carrots and cut into small cubes.
  • Clean the field mushrooms and cut them thin.
  • Compose the dish with all the elements to your taste, using imagination.
