Ingredients

G 120 hare
G 150 courgettes
G 120 tomatoes
G 70 butter
N 1 sprig of fresh thyme
N 1 sprig of fresh marjoram
Stock to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

For the mlinci

G 150 flour
G 50 polenta flour
N 2 eggs

Preparation

  • To prepare the mlinci, mix the flour, corn flour and eggs, and beat vigorously until you get a smooth dough. Leave it to rest for at least 30’, then roll it out into thin sheets that will be browned on the hotplate and then broken into irregular pieces.
  • Chop the hare into small squares, then season it with thyme and marjoram.
  • Brown the meat in the butter, add the courgettes cut into strips, then chopped tomatoes whitout seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add a ladleful of stock to the pan to extend it into a sauce, and cook. The sauce should be fairly liquid, because the mlinci will absorb a lot.
  • In the meantime, cook the mlinci in boiling salted water, drain and toss them through the previously prepared sauce.
