Preparation

  • Start by shredding the cabbages into thin strips and mix with vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, massaging the cabbage well.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with onion powder, thyme and finely chopped juniper berries, taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut the silver onion into very thin, preferably on a mandolin.
  • Grate the frozen tallow and mix it with the minced meat. Shape into four balls of equal size.
  • Heat a frying pan on maximum heat and put in the minced meat balls, press customs firmly with a frying pan or something else suitable to make the hamburgers. Salt and pepper.
  • Fry the meat until it has a nice surface, turn around. Put on the cheese and place a metal bowl over the meat so the cheese melts.
  • Remove and let the meat rest on the toasted bread.
  • Top the burger with plenty of mayonnaise and the other accessories. Serve it with French fries.
