Ingredients

500 gr chamois nuggets
80gr extra virgin-oil
50gr  green peppers
50gr red peppers
50gr yellow peppers
50gr eggplants
10 gr tomato
a.s fresh parsley
a.s lemon juice
a.s stock
a.s gin
a.s salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Marinate the chamois meat in a bowl with a few drops of gin, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  • Wash the seedless peppers and cut them into small cubes and sauté in no-stick pan.
  • Repeat that also for the other vegetables. Cook all together with tomato.
  • Cook in a casserole the chamois, brown it on each side, soak with stock, continue the simmer and covering the casserole with a cap.
  • Add with salt and pepper the chamois and served it on a plate with its flag of vegetables.
