He loves to define himself as a chef and more. Passionate about sports and outdoor activities, teacher of a Marche cooking school, he lives a few kilometers from Acqualagna, the homeland of truffles, and has been in the culinary sector for about twenty years.
He collaborates with numerous restaurants and colleagues, including Mauro Uliassi, whose influence has marked a real leap in quality in his professional growth. He was among the first to join the Franchi Food Academy network.
