A young chef from Florence, raised between the kitchen and nature, he is passionate about hunting thanks to family traditions. After various experiences around Tuscany, including one in a Michelin-starred restaurant at the relais chateaux Borgo Santo Pietro, he returned to Florence where he is currently the chef at the Anastasia Bistrot restaurant in Scandicci.
