At only 25 years old, he is the chef and owner of the restaurant Grow in Albiate Brianza, opened in January 2022. A great enthusiast of cooking, hunting, and wild nature, he decided to combine these paths, thus rediscovering Trapper cuisine. In his restaurant, he works on the search for forgotten flavors and techniques, conceiving experimentation as the evolution of raw materials. In November 2023, he earned his first green Michelin star, confirming the important work done in contact with nature. His is a true lifestyle.
