Born in 1994, a young and talented chef from Rome but of French origin, began his training at Magnolia (1 Michelin star). However, it was in Edinburgh, in the kitchen of the Martin Wishart Restaurant (1 Michelin star) that his passion for game was born.
Once back in Rome his professional growth keeps going in the restaurant Il Pagliaccio (2 Michelin stars), where he learns to blend different culinary traditions.
Today he is the chef of the restaurant Brado, where he expresses all his passion for the precious game meat combining them with the fruits of the forest such as mushrooms, tubers and wild herbs, all in a natural and sustainable way.
